1000 Main Street completed a comprehensive “Energy Design Assistance'' study in partnership with Willdan Engineering, Xcel Energy, and CenterPoint Energy.
The study collected every detail of the building’s construction in an effort to estimate the building’s future energy consumption. 1000 Main Street then purchased renewable energy credits (REC’s) to offset our estimated future electrical consumption to carbon neutrality until the year 2050.
